Any express shipping applied to an order will not be refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or Express Shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.

Coffee products

Coffee is a perishable item. As such, we do not accept any returns for coffee unless there was an issue with the order, such as damaged delivery, that was not your fault. For damaged products, time is of the essence. If your order arrived damaged, you must email us at within 48 hours after the delivery date to receive an exchange. We do not accept exchange or return requests after 48 hours have passed since delivery. In your email, please include pictures and brief details supporting your request.

 All other products

We are happy to offer refunds for non-coffee orders placed in our online store. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 15 calendar days of the delivery date (requests made after 15 days from delivery will not be granted).
  • The item must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition and unwashed condition
  • The item must be returned with packaging in its original condition (i.e. no broken seals)

Submitting a return request

Click “Login” in the store's navigation or go to and then request a return. 

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your request is made within 15 days of the delivery date, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Customers who opt not to use the Y&Y return label provided may purchase their own return shipping label (costs will not be reimbursed) and send the return to:

After the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days from receipt to process returned items to ensure compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

If you decide to return an item(s) and we were not at fault, you will be responsible for your own return/exchange shipping charges for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the original shipping amount incurred by us to process your order will be subtracted from your refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.



Apparel may be exchanged for a different size of the same style free of charge. We will provide a complimentary return shipping label if we approve the exchange request. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship your exchange order. 

Defective or Damaged items

If you received a defective (i.e. you received an item different from what you ordered) or damaged order, please email us at with pictures and brief details supporting your request. If your request is approved, we may or may not direct you to return the item(s). If our shipping department was at fault and we direct you to return the item(s), we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a replacement (if available) or refund free of any charges.

Please NOTE: we can only ship to the shipping address from the original order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Returns and Exchanges

Customers outside the United States are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post (we cannot provide return shipping labels for international orders). Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.

We will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Please NOTE: We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with all of the conditions stated above. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
